This paper represents the layer-by-layer synthesis results of the specimens obtained by laser cladding (LC) method. For basic material was used heat-resistant nickel alloy Inconel 625 constituting spherical shape powder. Process conditions of the LC was studied which are maintain the stable synthesis process. Structural study and mechanical test of specimens were carried out both after the manufacturing process and after the heat treatment process. Increasing of the mechanical characteristics possibility due to high-frequency vibrations during the synthesis process was studied. Keywords: Additive technology, laser cladding, Inconel 625
