The paper deals with the quality and logistics of transport services provided during a two-year pandemic period. It sets out key evaluation indicators when choosing delivery transport services. Part of the paper deals with theories about the logical evaluation of criteria for transport services due to the occurrence of many negative phenomena caused by the global pandemic situation, which is still receiving relatively much attention. This issue is analyzed in several ways in the paper and illustrated on the model situation of a particular delivery service company.
