Abstract

Logistics functions in a very dynamic environment that is constantly changing in terms of demand, technology, competition, etc. Availability of products in sales networks is an important factor that has effect on customers' trust and allows to acquire new markets. Design and implementation of new IT solutions is essential for enterprises to operate properly. The article presents the NTSwincash IT system, supporting the management of scattered sales networks. The analysis concerned supporting the ordering process with the use of the IT system.
